Besides, anyone that serves public office swears an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States.

But the problem is your law enforcement officers are Politicians. Show me one that is not crooled or compromised in some way and I'll eat my hat.

well, i wouldn't say all law enforcement officers are politicians, but sheriff arpaio specifically is an elected official. that's why i believe that the sheriff is doing nothing more than offering up lip service to the surprise tea party patriots to maintain their support.

there is nothing i'd like to see at this point more then sheriff joe either committing to an investigation, which would bring to birthers the realities of what exactly a county sheriff's jurisdiction is in such an investigation, or come forward and announce that all the evidence that jerome corsi has provided the sheriff does not equate to evidence that a crime has been committed.

currently the birthers have been satisfied by an empty gesture.

the supreme court refused to hear yet another birther lawsuit today:

....... and still no word from sheriff joe if there is going to be an investigation.
