Why is it a career breaker if a Republican has or had any associations with Nazis and other far right groups but Democrats can pal around with Marxist and communists with little or no political backlash?

Many Nazis were political war criminals and fought against the USA in WWII. Marxist actually fought in alliance with the USA against the Nazi's.

Next question?

I think associating with Nazi's is worse than associating with Marxists. IMO. That's assuming one knows what a Marxist is. In either case, defending Nazi sympathizers is not a good starting point.

That's the key right there. Before Beck started with his propaganda, no one on the radical right threw around the "marxist" garbage. Most have no clue what it means, but it "sounds scary"

True. Of course we are "assuming" one knows a Marxist which is a ideology almost extinct.

These right wing, poorly educated, elderly, white, males will believe anything they are told by FOX and other right wing propaganda outlets......It's the only thing they listen to.

A. Im not talking about old Germans, im talking about people that are politically a Nazi

B. Communists and Marxist have done so many crimes against humanity that the Germans look like saints in comparison.

In your first point you state that you are not talking about Germans, only later to reference them in your second point. Not a good follow up to your initial statement.

This thread almost appears as though it was written by a left winger. The thread subtly associates some on the right with Nazism and extreme right wing groups, and defends this association.
