Same here. Not so long ago, housewives could earn a little extra income without having to bother with finding year round jobs and babysitters and could work with their kids doing farm work such as picking fruit and vegetables. There is nothing wrong or dangerous for a child picking strawberries or blueberries.

Just more tyrannical government dictating our every move.

I can't remember when I wasn't asked by my friends dads to come help bail and load hay.
We didn't just work our own property, every helped everyone. In our own collective way of friendship and community.
