It ends when obama is out of office. Business will be relieved when his obamacare is repealed, along with his radical regulatory agenda that is costing business BILLIONS of dollars.
It's corporations, not Congress that create jobs.
And most jobs in the US are with small business.
But they are considered rich and have new mandates on them for healthcare so of course they are holding off because they don't want to go under.

It is funny how lefties always say congress creates jobs. That is their dream - that the government will take over and create a socialistic America.
My husband and I own a small business and are very weary of hiring more employees for the exact reasons you stated above.
It looks like a bank melt down for the world. They have a plan to recapitalize the banks. This means printing more trillions of dollars out of thin air .. we are headed for a depression of a much different kind.. inflation with all this money printed.
Our whole financial system is sick from over borrowing from one another and no one has any money to pay each country back... Kind of sick! The American people will suffer for it.
Jobs will open up when people have confidence in the future and the ability to spend. Confidence must come from Congress working to resolve Jobs problem, short and long term. The increase in confident spending will help create Jobs. The ability to spend, comes from more Jobs. More Jobs, more spending, etc, etc ..
This notion that solutions must come from government action is sadly why America has fallen and is also the reason our present depression (government created FYI) will go on for much longer than necessary.
Whatever congress does to interfere in the job market either through new regulation or more protections for big corporations that squeeze the little guys out, will make it harder for future generations to succeed.

Consumer Confidence is an Economic measure for a reason. I hope you can understand that the confident spending I refer to, is people confident that they can spend.
