Be careful playing this game. There's NO shortage of youtube videos that show many Obama voters being less than erudite.

As I read these witty posts from the left it's easy to understand why the Democrats are represented by the symbol of a jacka$$.

I agree! No wonder they picked an ass for their symbol.

Well I would agree there are idiots on both sides, but the right has the Grumpy Old People.

You know, people use a lot of terms, write a lot of words, and quote a lot of data without ever having the slightest idea what they are saying.

They throw words like "Socialist," "Marxist," "Dictator," "Anarchy," etc. into a discussion and have no clue what these terms mean. They write "alot" and say they are 120% behind a proposal without ever realizing that the former is not a word and that the latter is not possible.

They think a statistical difference of 3 percentage points with a margin of error of 5 percentage points is a significant difference.

They say we have the best healthcare in the world, and have no personal touchstone. They say the standard of living in the US is the highest in the world, and have never left their own state.

They claim to be vegetarian, but eat fish. They are Christian, but look down on others. They are pacifists but serve in the military.

They say Islam is evil - and never look at the history of their own religion. People "don't smoke" because they only smoke one cigarette a day. They "don't drink," even though they have a beer every evening.

They are "honest," even though they just walked out of the store having received too much change. They think "WTF" stands for "Well, that's fantastic!"

And you know what? Their political orientation has little to do with it. People say a lot of things and claim to belong to many cohorts - without understanding what they are claiming or what a particular label stands for.

Why would it be different when it comes to "GOP?"

It's been the Grand Old Party since, I think 1884. I've known that since fifth grade. Every Republican should know that.

Good catch...
Yeah, solve ignorance by extermintating education in this country. Yep, a real winner there.
