Talk about concentration of wealth, nowhere is it worse than in the music biz. You've got a Kanye West making millions upon millions, while the average aspiring musician makes close to zero. How about spreading that weatlh around???

My plan would cap muscian pay at about $50,000 per year (after expenses) and distribute the rest to struggling musicians trying to make it. How about it Kanye? Same deal with Hollywood, and same with 'infotainment.' How about it Alec Baldwin, David Letterman, John Stewart, Keith Olberman? Let's start spreading!
