I have reviewed the Youtube vid again....I don't think that guy would be smart enough to find his lawn much less mow it

Its ironic that he doesn't want to mow his yard but refuses to pay someone to mow it for him... and now he complains that he shouldn't have a lawn... but he couldn't figure out that could always move into an apartment...

That's why I avoid that crap. There is no question about 2,4d which is a menace. You can argue the cost benefits of not having enough food but lawns?

Ironically I just made soup, and pesto with common yard "weeds" that have NO pesticide. This list includes canadian thistle, garlic mustard, chick weed and dandelion. Not only do children eat it up, I am often asked for the recipe when I serve it since the greens taste so astonishingly fresh. Many failures exist with serving wild food because its comparable to stewed apple twigs and declaring that apple trees are a curious source of food.

But cancer rates are just normalized now. What's the big deal eh?

How can you ever get enough thistle?
Disturb ground, eat pie.

You don't need to do anything for a lot of free food. Who would know when its all lawn?

My flowerbed is evil. Spent all day cleaning it.
Next year some lucky illegal will get $4.50/hr for doing it.

I poison the fire ants, but I don't use any other chemicals on my lawn.
There is an astonishing variety of stuff growing in my yard, but once
the St. Augustine gets going strong it looks like a golf course.
I don't fertilize; it grows fast enough on its own.
