I wish the story would give the "why" of the ultimatum. Isn't it our right as American citizens to peacefully assemble in public?
Yeah but ows doesn't assemble peacefully, instead they attack innocent citizens, use babies as shields, break into and loot stores and set buildings on fire.

"peaceful?" ha ha ha... Get a clue. These ows goons are worse than the gangs in LA! They are just thugs.

Because your OWS movement is clearly not peaceful. At every single event they hold now there are arrests and major conflicts.

Look, here's another...

They want the destruction of wall street. I don't know about you but many many Americans have their retirement accounts on wall street.

And in fact your article only states that they agree bankers shouldn't be getting bonuses after having been bailed out and that they had a right to occupy.

Something conspicuously missing is how many of them agree with ending wall street. I think you know the answer to that.

They should be. They're a mob and all of their atrocities should be merged into one so everyone can easily see how many absolutely gullible people we have here on C-D. I'll stop short of reporting it though. I think the mods will eventually do it as these "protest" get angrier and angrier and people start pushing back.

It isn't my movement. I'm not there and I don't blindly support it.

You have the right to exercise your rights. What you do not have is breaking the law while doing so and getting physically violence and starting trouble at the same time. Appears these things don't go down peacefully as expected.
