I don't know if it's true that Norwegians are lined up outside the U.S. Embassy trying to get out of their home country, but I do know that people who live and work in Scandinavia do indeed complain about the taxes there and do think about going elsewhere. Maybe not everyone, but I bet it's a large percentage.

A daily, real world example of how absurd right wing talking points are about how "terrible" high taxes and big governments are.
I for one like to make decisions on my own rather than have the state make them for me and what I earn I'd like to keep instead of the nanny government taking it from me.
