Neo prog is just a new addition to the rightwings name calling menu,If they'd put as much energy into coming up with ideas to fix the country as they do coming up with hateful little name games we might have some hope that they arent as incompetant as they sound. But alas add neo prog to the list.

Well, I'm a musician and fan of progressive rock music, and I'm tired of having read post after post where Sophie'sMama-San hijacks and missuses the name of our chosen musical genre. If you want to talk about Pink Floyd, Yes, and Genesis-influenced modern progessive rock that's one thing. But just as a message to Sophie'sMom(has got it goin' on), please come up with a more unique term to describe anyone in the universe you disagree with--the real Neo Progs want our term back.

You'd think she could come up with at least one synonymous phrase that doesn't dis an entire musical genre.

Underemployed? How about all those appallingly overqualified baristas, waiters, burger flippers, cashiers, etc. with college degrees owing more on their student loans than they'll ever be able to pay back by working at those (usual) dead-end jobs?

Hey, the OP could call them "Neo-Con McJobbers."
