Default Unable to sin

Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Obama have been granted poetic license by the media and speak with complete freedumb knowing they will not be challenged for bizzare statements and reversals that would otherwsie stun their audience. The media of a few years ago would have a field day with Obama and friends but all we hear is silence.

The abandonment of its government watchdog role has turend the media from critical partner to an enemy.

They own left wing fringe supporters and folks who would support Obama even if he committed a dozen felonies while in office.

Reid and Pelosi and the like are exactly what is wrong with this country. Why do people continue to vote them back in? Why aren't the OWS filth brigade screaming to vote these crooks out? That we could all get behind.

Congress live in a bubble so disconnected from the real world that it's not funny anymore.

No its called stupidity and idiocy. If you think the concern this nation has is government tax payer funded jobs, than youre high to put it nicely.

I hate repeating myself but more taxpayer funded salaries, pensions, benefits isnt what this country needs right now. You know, average salaries of $100k plus in DC....

The private sectors isnt "doing just fine" either.

Whats sad is that seems many public workers get a hell of a lot better pay, benefits, pensions than those who serve in the military. They also are very difficult to fire no matter what they do.

Liberals prop up Union and gov jobs for one reason....liberal politicians survive because of Unions and the like.

The government at the federal, state and local level expanded spending and employement during the "bubble" based on the extra income they received. The level of spending is unsustainable in any "normal" economic time, let alone during a recession. Every public sector job is paid for by a drain from the private sector (directly or indirectly). The decimated private sector can not afford to pay for any more public servants than absolutely necessary. We need to be asking private sector workers and business owners just what level of service they actually need from the public sector and are willing to pay for.

So where's the Tea Party when you really need 'em? Oh, that's right, they're more worried about things like Abortion, Gun laws, "Illegals" and Gay Marriage (....'cuz they're certainly don't care about JOBS)!

You do realize that people who serve in the military, work for the federal government, right?

In any event, nothing in your post actually addresses what Reid said. Angry rants about pensions and whatever don't change the simple fact - layoffs and contract delays by the state and local governments have worked to counteract hiring by private firms.
