The topic of today seems to be claims that these rebels are possibly terrorist related.
I know it wasn't our military that killed him, but at least it didn't years.

It would have been impossible without the US Military. Qadaffi had the rebels cornered in one city when US/NATO intervened and changed the tide. NATO would never have gone in without the US.
the trouble with arresting a mideast bad guy is that they gota long line of replacements, and they like strong naughty boys (kinda like our teen girls here). when we get rid of them whatever was keeping the sunami of religious psychos with ak47 in check is now gone. do you really think we are going to convert islam to democracy?
the western crusades go on and on. it was expensive and broke the bank then, its breaking the bank now.

You asked what he did, and now you know. Obama finished what Reagan started. Why now? By going in, we stopped a genocide in Libya, and we did not suffer any casualties in the process.
