Sometimes people cannot put two and two together so stuff needs to be spelled out for them to wrap their heads around it.

It's amazing how tightlipped the media is when covering liberals. Yet we know every possible thing about any conservative in the public eye.
Extremely narrow-minded statement. People that always need a Label, to define everything, have very weak positions.

If you've ever followed Jobs, you'd realize he was not only a renegade, but he did not pull punches. He valued the environment and energy conservation, and was always an advocate of better schools and merit-based systems.

The thing that has always bugged me about liberals, and conservatives, is their inability to see the broader picture. Jobs had this ability. It's OK if you think both Bush and Obama are terrible Presidents. Liberals and Conservatives can't acknowledge that, they can't even think it.

Years ago, Jobs had an interview on education, and stated those very same things. Sorry people don;t follow that which they don;t Perceive to be valid.

FOX News has every wingnut on the planet thinking "Obamacare" has too many "regulations", like they have a clue as to what these may be. They point to a "3000 page" bill because they are told that by FOX.

Of course, Steve Jobs decided to ignore surgery for pancreatic cancer and try and heal himself through holistic practices, when he decided 9 months later to get surgery it was too late.

Guess Jobs really aint as bright as some think. He'd be alive today if he listened to his doctors.

Nice to see you trashing Jobs just because he said something critical of your boss.

You might want to wait until he reaches room temperature first. Stay classy.

Doesn't really matter. What matters is that he sure told the current idiot in chief what was going to happen. Thank goodness....one and done. Buh bye

You might want to get the facts first before you sound even more clueless than you already do.

Neither have you for the record. Please, don't try to exalt yourself by putting other people down with condescension. You're the same working stiff as everyone else around here.

And if its all about Obamacare, i'd rather find a direct quote from Jobs himself mentioning that as an insurmountable regulation....it's simply not believable coming from a bunch of Rush and Hannity myrmidons.

Again, if Jobs found these regulations to be so burdensome, which other presidents did he warn that they'd only have one term if they didn't change? We all know that these regulations predated Obama by decades.

Don't claim to know me...

Giving proof to Main Street's worries that President Obama's healthcare reform will lead to thousands of new and costly regulations, the Department of Health and Human Services has taken one small section of the law and written enough new rules to every page of Obama's campaign book, The Audacity of Hope—plus another 45 pages.
6 Pages of Obamacare Equals 429 Pages of Regulations - US News and World Report
Quote:
There are about 180,000 federal regulations on the books costing Americans $1.7 trillion a year in compliance costs.

More burdensome regulations are coming fast and furious. The Dodd-Frank Act brings an onslaught of new regulations—259 are required under the law and another 188 are completely up to the discretion of regulators. The health reform law, if fully implemented, could create 159 new agencies, commissions, panels and other regulatory bodies. The Environmental Protection Agency is working on more than 100 new rulemakings, 30 of which will cost the economy $100 million or more—each. The resulting uncertainty is keeping severely needed capital on the sidelines and out of the markets as anxious businesses wait to see what regulators will do next.
