Seriously, if large quantities of politically oriented books are not allowed in combat zones, what in the wolrd is O'Reilly doing sending crates of his books over there?

Seems the books were sent by a supporter of U.S. troops... not necessarily by O'Reilly.

maybe so but, obviously, someone by the name of Everque** was making a point and was told by a superior to backtrack on his statements...No, I can see not dragging books around in remote locations, especially hard backs...I just find it hard to put much faith in someone by the name of Everque**.

This is a stupid thread anyway...it is just each side trying to one up the other in being clever. I hate threads like that as they really bring nothing to the table except snark. Press on......

A book that divides Amerca, designating some as pinheads and others as patriots, sent to the guys who are risking their lives for all Americans. Yeah, that's real classy

I notice that on the front cover Bill does have a picture of a pinhead (him) and a picture of a patriot (President Obama)

Wonder what they would do with O'Reilly's newest book about Lincoln? Isn't book burning something we want to discourage? I thought America was for open exchange of ideas. HMMMMM

They hated Clinton & loved Bush. Obama is probably somewhere in between.
