I think they have a better shot with Rubio then Obama. In a lot of those countries over there they falsify records. Leo Nunez of the Marlins got busted for that a month ago. We don't really even know how old he is, or if he's a legit citizen.
there have been a portion of the "2citizen parent" birthers saying this for some time.
to believe that both parents need to be US citizens for one to be a natural born citizen would require that EVERYONE with a knowledge of the constitution was either bought off, intimidated or on glue during the 2008 campaign ( including the people making the "2citizen parent" claim now ).

Ha Ha I'm so glad I hope they come at him hard. Now he will see he is Hispanic to the tea party after all. Ahhhh poor rubio. He stood back whlie these fools attacked Obama and now well..............
he was not an anchor baby to illegals, his parents were here legally on visas when he was born.
he was born in the US and that makes him eligible. It only proves yet again that birthers are nothing more than fringe nut cases, unpatriotic and un american
Alfonso Aguilar, former chief of the U.S. Office of Citizenship under the George W. Bush administration, said that claim is preposterous.
Quote:
"That is absurd. It has no constitutional basis if you are born in the United States or in U.S. territory, you are a natural born citizen. Just like John McCain, who was born in U.S. territory in Panama, Marco Rubio was born in the mainland United States - it doesn't matter who your parents are," Aguilar, who is currently the Executive Director of the Latino Partnership for Conservative Principles, tells Fox News Latino. "I guess the birthers are not conservative. They are advancing arguments that not only have no constitutional basis but they are un-American, un-patriotic and dangerous."

If Obama can be President so can Rubio can't see how you can seperate the two but I agree they may get more traction out of Rubio since none of his parents were citizens.
