I wonder what would happen if a majority of voters voted for Ron Paul.

Would they just fake the election results? Or a tragic accident?

If you are a working class citizen, I'd say NOW is the time to stop doing what the powers-that-be want you to do. The Middle Class has been destroyed, and the working class are basically all poor while still sending 1/2 their income to government. Not a single legitimate economist can see anything but total collapse in America's future. We are a nation dying by a thousand cuts, when every single one of those cuts was lethal in and of itself.

Ron Paul is the ONLY politician that will change ANYTHING in Washington, and he understands how much our leaders are doing to destroy us.

Why ANY America (other than the Robber-Baron CEOs, the ultra-rich, and the government employees) would vote for anyone other than Ron Paul, I'll never understand.

I thought Paul wanted to end the Fed. What happened to that? Now he just wants the power of it in the hands of the black hole formerly known as the federal government? Is that what he's calling ending it? Congress is economically illiterate and subject to all things political.

it is pretty obvious that the federal reserve is not doing its intended job adequately:

Why did the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY), whose Chairman was Stephen Friedman (a Goldman Sachs board member who resigned from the New York Fed earlier this year when it was revealed that he had made $5 million by purchasing shares in GS with the knowledge that AIG would be paying counterparties at par and that Goldman would be getting a $13 billion windfall -- when no one else had this information) and whose President was none other than current Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, why did this New York Fed choose to pay AIG's counterparties 100 cents on the dollar when AIG itself had been negotiating for steep haircuts with claimants, AND why did they then pressure AIG executives to keep quiet about the decision even discouraging AIG from disclosing the 'par-payments' to its shareholders in required SEC filings? (daily bail)

all americans know that there is something very bad going on here.

and it is also pretty obvious that things are not going to get better for the "little people" anytime soon:

Marine Corps Slashes Tuition Assistance - Government - The Chronicle of Higher Education

Washington

In a precedent-setting move, the U.S. Marine Corps has cut tuition assistance for its service members by 80 percent, reducing the maximum benefit from $4,500 a year to $875.

The service's new rules, announced Tuesday, took effect October 1.

this is just another reason why you don't encourage putting your fellow citizens in harm's way.

remember, those at the top are NEVER going to voluntarily cut their own salaries or perks.

if they are spending too much and cuts have to be made eventually, whom do you think they will cut? look at foreign countries for a clue.

Shhh...American Idol's on right now. People like you and I can't be worried about RP when much more important matters are taking place like talking trash on Simon Cowell.
