If this is true, it would be nice to pay down our debt by that $6.6B immediately.

It was never our money to begin with it was the Iraqi's. They lost it, now they found it. Right after they told us to leave. Conkydink?? No they were sucking the US teet for every penny. Now they're on their own and it's hey lookie here we got 6 billion.
