A couple years back it was a Sarah Palin mannequin somebody had hanging from his porch. Where was the outrage then? This is a tasteless Halloween joke but trying to make more out of it is pretty pathetic. And very hypocritical.
Anyone with an ounce of civility knows that insinuating the killing, hurting, torture of anyone is unacceptable behavior. If done as a joke, it shows very poor taste in humor. However, I'd also point out that anyone showing disgust (towards this behavior), based solely on political leanings, is even worse. Not only is your judgement questionable, but your sanity as well.
Both sides play games, both sides are to blame. To say it's a conservative thing or a liberal thing is an issue by itself, but to condone it on one side while railing against it from the other side is seriously crazy.
A Republican teabagger in Virginia thought it would be funny to circulate a depiction of the President of the United States with a bullet hole in his head. It is well known and documented that Republicans and teabaggers are downright hateful, but this is bordering on terrorism. I hope the secret service is investigating this.
The fact that they were circulating such an image means they are fantasizing about making what the image depicts as a reality. Is that too hard for you to comprehend?
So your OP sucked, now you're making up stuff to try to make it sound better??? Not working.... give it up..
There has never been any violence at at "Tea Party" rally, no one has ever been arrested or committed a crime. There has never been any "hateful" rhetoric (signs expressing strong disapproval of the current occupant of the Oval Office and his policies, yes).
But I do not consider signs expressing a desire that he go back to Kenya as "hateful" or "racist" (After all, he spent much of his life there, and his grandmother says he was born there. His father was Kenyan).
Dig up whatever else you want, but contrast this with what we know about and have seen and heard from the OWS "occupiers". Anti-Semitism, rape, theft, other forms of violence, public sex, defecation on city vehicles and other public places. General mayhem.
Additionally, at every Tea Party rally, they have left the area at least as clean as when they came. They have not been in violation of any laws, as the OWS protesters have, and they have not disruppted local business, as the OWS protesters have.
Teabaggers are domestic terrorists. The extreme hate at their rallies have been well documented. Google it.

You probably just photoshopped that pic to support your point. I won't fall for it.

EDIT: See post #76. You are officially wrong. WRONG WRONG WRONG. Admit it and move on.
The Bush depictions were never circulated by officials in the Democratic party. However the violent depiction of President Obama with a bullet in his head was created and circulated by Loudon County GOP committee officials in the state of Virginia. Major difference.
I'm going to go waaaaay out on a limb and assume you love OWS- don't you?
Of course I support OWS. They are average middle-class Americans fed up with the way Republicans and Wall Street have ripped off the rest of the country for their own selfish gain. Unless you are part of the 1% ripping off the rest of America, I don't see how you can not support this movement.

This has to be the most asinine comment I've read on City Data.
