I never heard liberals say anything critical about John Edwards. The same liberals who are outraged over Herman Cain's flirting 15 years ago were silent about Edward's cheating on his cancer stricken wife and the love child he had.
What liberals are you talking about? The last time I checked, Edwards doesn't have many supporters left around. There's also a difference here in that Edwards isn't running for president. His political life is done permanently. I'm not so sure I'd call that an approval.
'Birds of a feather flock together'. Liberals can do no wrong in the eyes of other liberals. Clinton, Kennedy, Frank, Weiner, and if you're client #9, you get a TV show, just to name a few.

The press was aware of this when he was running for President and looked the other way.

Did you ask liberals how they feel about Edwards otherwise how would you hear how they feel about him. He is scum but he is not running for president. That is the difference. Cain reminds me of Thomas who should never have been approved for the Supreme Court.
This liberal - as well as every other liberal I know - thinks that John Edwards is a total scumbag.
