I had a crazy right wing loony kook that used to call my office with some regularity, going off about his imagined CIA-Cuban-Mossad conspiracy blah blah blah.
Finally one day he caught me in a bad mood. After letting him go through his usual rant, I asked him if he noticed any white, unmarked vans in his neighborhood lately.
"Yes" he says.
"That's us," I replied. "We're always watching you, so you better behave."
They are not the government, so by definition they cannot stifle free speech.
The First Amendment only applies to the relationship between the government and private entities, not between private entities.
Civics 101.
When you're infringing on the rights of someone else, in this case preventing them from exercising freedom of speech, you most certainly are stifling it. It's against the law and the government is going to enforce your rights.

Massive fail.
The First Amendment, and therefore free speech, ONLY applies to the government.
Call your lawyer and ask them. Or sit in a class at your local law school.
Or hell, just look it up.
When two private entities are involved, they BOTH have free speech rights.
That something is otherwise against the law does not make it a free speech issue.

FOX, Free Speech? Any regurgitation of FOX originated talk, is anything but free. It costs dearly! When one utters some, people look at the regurgitator and think, "what an idiot".
