while only giving handshakes to European leaders. Actions speak louder than words.

Obama Gives Erdogan the 'Hug Treatment' | The Weekly Standard

Quote:
The soft-Islamist Turkish government of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Justice and Development party (known by its Turkish initials as the AKP) has expansive foreign-policy ambitions. In addition to itsembrace of the Hamas regime in Gaza and accompanying criticism of Israel, Ankara has sent naval and air units into the eastern Mediterranean in a bid to intimidate Cyprus from exploiting, with U.S. economic partners, the divided island’s offshore energy assets. Turkish military maneuvers near Cyprus parallel threats of a similar seaborne campaign to shield another Gaza flotilla operation against Israel’s maritime security patrols.

Turkey is one our better allies and are very moderate when it comes to a Islamic country. You should do more fact checking before posting. FYI, who cares what thir stand on Israel is, Israel is not a US State nor are they all that good as an ally, they like our money and weapons and not much else.

Racist, bigoted right wing Jews and the right wing Neocons supporters demand USA obedience to Israel!

One of the USA's biggest allies, Turkey, a NATO member, one of the few countries where the populace still has a favorable opinion of the USA

Hugging their leader is an affront to our Master, Israel? Pathetic.
