You do know by basket weaving, (s)he means degrees in women's studies, diversity, black studies, etc. You know, degrees in the largely useless liberal arts and humanities umbrella.

Practically half the degree programs in the liberal arts/humanities departments of universities are more appropriate as minors, not full-fledged degrees which are useless

But they seem to want the wealth from them without working for them or investing in them don't they? Why not protest GM since Obama gave them a bailout? Why not protest Congress and the POTUS? To use your words: "Yeah, this is really credible."
Those degrees are what I like to call "Lazy Degrees" because they are degrees meant to help out people who don't want to actually work hard in college.

Oh boo hoo. There are plenty of things I don't want to do, but I do them because by not doing them I'm not providing anything of value and therefore can't justify a demand for money or a job.
