Forgot to add that I think it is gross and disgusting to give your kids lollipops licked by someone with a disease. Also you don't know of any other disease that this licker has, like hepatitis or HSV1 (cold sores) or a host of other communicable diseases. Also you cannot get CP from licking a lollipop. It is an airborne diseas so the premise behind this sort of action is really stupid.

It is illegal to send highly contagious communicable diseases in the mail, not to mention downright stupid. The parents should be arrested.
