Perhaps if you dropped attitude, we could have an interesting conversation.
Yup. That's kinda my point.
I suspect they also tried to court the fanatic Hillary supporters, who made much more of a splash in the media than their numbers merited.
I doubt that, but we'll never know.
Bachmann is clearly a sideshow, but isn't Cain pulling some pretty good numbers?
To me, it looks like the GOP is caught in the 2008 conundrum: Whoever can get nominated can't get elected and vice versa.
You haven't seen attitude. If I wasn't open to honest dialogue, I would simply not respond to your post or I'd take a cheap shot and be on my merry way. I don't put anyone on ignore lists as I'm quite capable of ignoring people without the aid of software.
Yes, the Palin fiasco was indeed also aimed at female voters. As I've said before on this forum, if I were a woman, I would have been incredibly insulted by that little stunt. Not being a female and clueless of what they are thinking I can't say for sure but I strongly suspect that the Palin offering lost more undecided women than any other single act in history.
Anyhow, as to the GOP conundrum, I would tend to agree with your assessment were there any other administration in the oval office. As the saying goes, "You don't have to be faster than the bear, just faster than your buddy." At this time, the Republicans don't actually need anyone good. Pretty much anyone with a pulse would do at this point. As for poll numbers, it depends on which poll you're looking at.
You must have missed the "ANYMORE" portion of my statment....
Being that there is an elections subforum, and this is not it, I don't see how her not running for office anymore would matter. There are plenty of people who are not running for office, anymore or otherwise who have threads dedicated to them. Someone even made one about Red Skeleton.

When she was running or not this particular forum was full of threads against her...I had a snap shot and posted it in this forum, 9 Sarah threads on the page 1.
So, whether you think this is the correct forum or not, I am allowed to post my opinion....correct?
Yea, look at the logic in this thread..........I don't like her, but I'll talk about her all day long and then complain about pepole who support her.
sounds like most of the threads on here, not just Sarah Palin ones. Have you seen some of the OWS threads???
