But the Occupy people are such sweet and intelligent people. All they want to do is camp out in our parks and poop, urinate and vomit all over the place...receive free food, steal, rape, do drugs and damage nearby businesses. Isn't that what the Tea Party people do?http://plurkfiends.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/92b595a573d25dd5e39a57b5d56d4d03.gif (broken link)

“No, no,” came the rejoinder, “it’s only fair! We paid for it; it’s for us! You can’t just walk in and take our stuff!”
Oh, the irony.

Yes, they're concerned with the disparities between what they have and what someone else has, in other words they want to just walk in and take some else's stuff.

I don't agree at all with the whiny 20 something stuff that some of them come up with (forgive all student loans, etc.) but some of the other stuff, like campaign finance reform and financial regs make a lot of sense. I think the protests are just the beginning of a national discussion from lots of different groups with different outlooks all kicking in their two cents--it's time for it to happen.
The points they brought out initially were good ones, but got lost as it became "it's all about me" movement.

If I was the head of a company and called a meeting with my employees to discuss how to improve business and entered the meeting dressed like a clown, do you think people would take me seriously? They are nothing but a bunch of dirty, disgusting bozos who really have nothing to say at this point. I can tell you this: they don't represent me!!!!

Right. That's why they are storming the Fed, Congress and the WH...and conservative blogger conferences.

These are LEFTISTS, granted far leftists, socialists, commies and anarchists.

This is their long awaited chance to get the enthusiasm up with a movement in response to the TP.

It's just not working. You know why? Because the VAST majority of American DISAGREE with the progressive/leftist ideology.

As defined by Fox.

Wasn't Fox on the list of those that Anonymous was going to attack?? because of all the "bad" publicity it was giving the protesters?

How many news/political programs have invited an Executive from OWS to sit down and conduct a proper interview??? The only coverage they are capable of giving themselves is bad press.

Good. I don't think Obozo is going to let them urinate and crap all over his garden.

I supported there message and they had a good one until some of the group got violent out in Oakland, (I think), and started committing vandelism. Once that happened I felt like it was the begining of the end. A majority of us are NOT extremists. Smashing store windows is NOT a way to gain popularity here in America. I do however, think that corporate greed is changing our country, but not for the better. More and more jobs go to China that pay far less but CEO's continue to earn more. The cost of living is skyrocketing across the board yet wages stay stagnant. We are becoming a nation of haves and have-nots.
