These are the "green" jobs. Create one job, your buddies, and hand him millions in taxpayer dollars. And people wonder why there are no jobs. Pegging jobs onto development of green technology is the absolute dumbest thing ever done. Billions down the tubes and no jobs. Of course none of it is Obama's fault either. Hell they can't even define what a 'green' job is yet. Why anybody would put this fool back in the big chair is beyond me.
