When he fully becomes a post operational she, only then will he have all 'perks' of using the girls bathroom.

What does this kid do for a PE locker room? I wouldn't want him in the same locker room as my daughter. Dione -- you're panties appear to be standing up.

Agreed. They are already allowing him to use the staff restrooms, which are conveniently located throughout the school.

Wasn't it Colorado that recently had a cross dressing boy demand to join the Girl Scout Troop? Must be some strong activist push going on there.

Disagree. Transgenders are required to live as the opposite sex for at least a year prior to surgery. This includes using the new gender's rest rooms, etc.

What about the right of the opposite gender to be able to use an area set aside exclusively for underaged girls without it being infringed upon by a person with a penis? Sorry, someone's son is sexually confused. That's his issue -- not my daughter's nor all of the other daughters who use that bathroom.

The school has made every effort to 1) keep the boy safe and 2) give him access to a bathroom. If it's the female teacher's bathroom, it's still a women's room.

Can a minor consent to reassignment surgery? This kid is 16 -- two years away from being considered a legal adult.

There was one boy in my son's HS who would deliberately wear dresses and heels to school to provoke fellow students and administration. He still had to use the boys locker room, boys bathroom. The kid was looking to get a lawsuit going. Dionne probably needs the proceeds from a lawsuit to get his penis snipped, gutted and tucked.

Um, perhaps the individual is capable of knowing what's between his/her legs and thus chooses the corresponding bathroom?

Toilet use is physical, not mental. You can think you're a girl all day long, but if you've got a weiner, it's time to hit the urinal.

That's all fine, but it's not going to stop anyone from using the restroom of their choice.

Jesus, how hard is it to just avoid public bathrooms most of the time? ESPECIALLY if you are "transgendering" to wait for surgery or whatever. Sometimes you just have to be a little inconvenienced to get what you want in life....that's a fact.
