You obviously didn't read them either (or at the very least, couldn't comprehend them). The first link summarizes the study, then touches on the bit of controversy - comparing conservatives to Hitler, using tax dollars, etc. There is no debunking going on.

The second link is simply another article about the study. In this one, the professor agrees w/some of the ideas put forth in the study.

The first link provides a link to the full text of the study, but the link doesn't work. Maybe the OP can dig it up for us.

A bunch of liberal "intellectuals" have spent 1.2 million dollars of taxpayer funding to dertermine conservatives are "crazy". This is surprising?

First, I do not lend any sort of credibility to professors from Berkeley.

Second, you really don't know who Byron York is, do you? (I agree with another poster on this.)

Third, whenever Godwin's Law is invoked, the accusers lose the game.

Fourth, when you pull the study from the eyes of the public, (see here: http://faculty-gsb.stanford.edu/Jost/_private/Political_Conservatism_as_Motivated_Social_Cogniti on.pdf (broken link) and yes, it's a dead link), you really lose.

Obviously these articles are left wing everything.
Shows you why we need to get rid of the left wing in politics, they have no reality based way of governing.

Lol, of course the study was debunked, comparing Hitler to Reagan may be sensible in your world but here on earth it is ridiculous.

I am equally certain, using Paul Krugman as a Source in concluding Conservatives are crazy, is A OK in your world but again on earth, not so much.

Finally, the OP thinks the second link is "another" study, which of course it is not.

Other that that, you are right on!

You don't need a government funded study to know how Democrats are.

Bleeding heart whiners, can't cut down a tree, don't use oil, apologize to Iran, give tax breaks to homosexuals, ban guns, don't allow children to say "The Pledge Of Allegiance" in school, and spend taxpayer money on B.S. projects.

Great plan. Not contested. Not studied - but accurate.

Here it is:

1. Berkeley, the best public university in America, maybe even the world.

2. It doesn't matter who he is, it doesn't change the results, and his article didn't do much other than state what was written.

3. This is real life, and Godwin's law is meant to be humorous. But nice try making things up. And like you would go on to complain, you hadn't read the study, so you can't complain about this if you don't know what it says.

4. The link was asked for, it was supplied.

Did this study take into account all conservatives in America?

How many were sampled?

And who cares?

You clearly care because you asked the first two questions. I like the immediate contradiction of yourself.

I gave think link, read it yourself.
