"A three-hour lockdown at East Carolina University was triggered when a man carrying an umbrella was mistaken for a gunman.

To be fair it was on 5th street, which in the parlance of this forum, is the ghetto. Those precious little drunkards are no match for the fleet-footed local color in G-Vegas.
Reminds me of that incident a couple months ago in I think Detroit where a plane had a few people with brown skin color on board so they were called "suspicious" and a swat team with machine guns was called in to arrest them. The war on terror is the biggest lie ever.
