The Tea Party protesters gave the police no reason to pepper spray them so you present a false argument because the Tea Party protests did occur and were nothing like the OWS protests.

This is utterly laughable. The First Amendment does not guarantee a right to inhibit commerce and impair freedom of movement on public roadways.

Your lack of understanding would be amusing were it not so pathetic.

Difficult concept?

Like the concept of 'innocent until proven guilty' that so many of the self-Righteous are incapable of understanding?

After all, even Saddam wasn't punished until after the trial

Incidents like this did not happen with Tea Party protests yet they are a daily occurrence with OWS.

Even protesters need to protest within the bounds of the law.

What part of "compliance" is unclear? Really, I'm concerned that you figure this out before encountering one of these tools.

And I'm concerned that too many who worship at the altar of St Ronnie still believe in his idea of a bloodbath being the way to end protest.

What next?

Shoot American citizens for walking on the wrong side of the street?

The courts are there for the purpose of determining innocence or guilt. They are the proper venue for making the argument of innocence.

Choosing to make that same argument on the street is all but begging to personally experience the escalation of force.

And spraying people in the face with chemicals for sitting down accomplishes exactly WHAT? I suppose if one dared throw a pebble you'd advocate firing into the crowd with automatic weapons?

The only "blood" has been spilled by the protesters themselves.

Obstruction of justice is a crime or do you think OWS is above the law ?
