Good for Denmark and the other socialist utopias. The US is not and never will be Denmark. If people find our form of government so flawed why do they not relocate to a country with a government more to their liking?
A worrying number of people do just that.

No -there is what is known as the economies of scale. Basically, the bigger you are, the easier it gets, economically. It is why it is hard to break into an area with established businesses, and why Wallmart outcompetes mom and pop stores.

Basically, 300 M has every advantage on 6M.

If America vanished tomorrow, the remaining western nations would have about 35 % of the military budget of the world. Russia and China together pulls less weight than just the UK, Germany and Frnace totals.

I'd love to hear just who America is protecting against.

So I just wanted to know, why are countries like Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Canada, Australia, etc... All countries with higher taxes, more social benefits and a bigger centralized government more prosperous and have a higher quality of life than the US? Denmark rates 1st for Entrepreneurship while the US is 5th. why isnt that 50% tax rate stopping the Danes?
Hmmm now did any of these countries get to this point through socialism?

Like most Americans care about socialist countries, their excessive taxation and their nanny governments...

Just like THEY have been planning for a while. It's just not fair America is a superpower. We need to be brought down to the level of everyone else is the battle cry of the socialists.

So true! We are such a huge country that it's a miracle we're all still United! As in States of America! Nothing compares to US.

No, we aren't a socialist country. We are a market oriented mixed economy.
