Oh please. There is NO automatic respect for ANYONE. Respect is earned, something Michelle has not yet realized. And to think about the class the Left showed GWB during Obama's inauguration. What was that song being played and EVERYONE sang along? What did that azzwipe that was on stage say that night? Talk about class. What about the Clinton administration removing the W's from all the keyboards when those losers were leaving the WH? Classy right?

It's really time for the liberals to stop thinking they are somehow superior on this issue, they do plenty of tomato throwing and booing and should not feign such outrage when they themselves are booed.
Michelle has not entered into politics. She is the First Lady of the United States. In the United States, we have certain standards of acceptable behavior. When a First Lady attends an event to honor the military who serve our country, we respect the First Lady and we respect the military servicepeople. When we boo the First Lady at such an event, we are also disrespecting the military and disrespecting our nation.
It was rude and classless. There is no defense for such bad behavior.
She most certainly has entered into politics, she lobbied the US senate to pass federal legislation to tell schools and restaurants what foods we should be allowed to eat.

Michelle earned that respect when her husband was elected President of the United States. All this pointing fingers to other events is evidence that YOU and the other FINGER POINTERS know that disrespecting the First Lady was wrong. Pointing out when other people have been rude? So she, like every other citizen in this country, is interested in some legislation and she has expressed her support for certain legislation. So what? You post about politics on this forum all the time, pushing your agenda. That doesn't make you a politician. Michelle Obama is the First Lady of the United States. To stop your life and live in the spotlight, where every decision, every utterance is closely scrutinized and criticized, to bring your children into that situation, is a sacrifice. She did this FOR her country. And that sacrifice merits respect. Even if you don't like her, don't like her husband, don't like the programs she's chosen to be associated with. She was at this event to honor the men and women who have also made sacrifices for this country. When they booed First Lady Obama, and Mrs Biden, they booed the efforts of our military servicepeople, they booed the organizers of this event, and they booed our nation. It was bad behavior, and I'm sure the majority of attendees at this event, who know bad behavior, were similary dismayed by these cretins.
This sounds like a bunch of 6 year olds: "But he hit me first!" WAA WAA WAAA.
It's rude.
