The article identifies her as an unemployed cosmetologist... which I assume is what she identified herself as... and I seriously doubt she would ever employee people in her lifetime...
If I felt she could perform the job she's applying for better than the other applicants, then I'd hire her. Who cares about hair color, piercings, tattoos, etc?
