If Clinton still doesn't like Obama, I suspect this goes back to the 08 South Carolina primary. Bill Clinton had compared the Obama campaign to the Jesse Jackson campaign (when JJ ran for the Dem nomination). For that he was accused of being racist. Clinton was always proud of his title of 'first black president' and his popularity among blacks. Remember when he left office in 2001, he located his post-presidency office in Harlem. I'm just guessing but I bet that Clinton never quite got over that.
PS you guys do realize that the video is from 2008. Even so I woudn't be surprised if Bill still feels that way. A lot of people think the main reason BO took Hillary as SOS was to neutralize Bill.
Clinton was the first black president; Obama is the first mulatto president.

Yes but that perfectly describes how Bill Clinton feels about it. Bill Clinton is an extreme narcissist, he craves being the center of attention, he prided himself on how he could manipulate many blacks and had some black leaders claiming he was the first black president. He despises Obama for being in what he thinks is "his spot", his Oval Office, where all the White House interns are, taking his adoring fans from him.
Bill Clinton sees Obama as an amateur... He's right...
