When someone uses the word "banksters," their statement, position or argument is automatically null and void.

It is funny, but to be honest I love Christmas. IT is my favorite time of the year. I don't buy that much stuff. Just for my family and we keep it fairly small without going overboard. I have never put a gift on a credit card that I did not pay off at the end of the month.

How about sending a message to your kids, if you have any, that Xmas should more about spending time with the people you love and less about Ipods and flat screen tv's. Call me old fashioned, or as Bill O'reilly says, tradtional.

According to who?

The term is appropriate. Just like the mob, financial institutions use bribery and influence to get what they want. The mob may bribe the police to operate an illegal business undisturbed. The banks bribe politicians to operate a business, that should be illegal, legal.
