Hipsters cant boycott Whole Foods. They'll starve to death in areas without a Trader Joe's unless there is enough nutritional value in Pabst Blue Ribbon to get them through the holiday season.

Anyway, not everything is as it seems and not everything can be painted with one brush. If you do not think people should be protesting than that is your perogotive but to constantly label them and undermine their goals is very Anti-American, especially when they are trying to save our country.
So you support organized attempts to hurt big business with no desire to do anything else. Did you manage to click on the 100 businesses to occupy or boycott (that is how they put it). You can go to my link and take a try at it to see the whole 100. 100 retail businesses for 2010 to boycott, click here. You need to go to the OP and click on that red printed part that tells people who to boycott or occupy.

Now I wonder how many of these parking lots will be filled with people trying to block entrances like those kids at UC Davis were doing. I know that when you tell kids like them to occupy these places they will attempt to close entrances to parking lots along with doorways. I predict some real riotous behavior when they try to stop shoppers from gaining access. People aren't controlled like the police are and will fight back. Have you ever seen any of them running over each other trying to get into the stores?

What was the first thing that the occupiers in NYC were talking about? Somehow I remember them talking about abolition of their debts.

They will lose that battle and expect the police to step in to save their lives. Yep, the police have tried to help them by removing them from blocking places with pepper spray instead of carrying them to the paddy wagons. I hate to think that these poor souls are being used by the union leaders and far left leaning groups to cause the problems they will cause that day, but they are the useful idiots.

You don't really think that is likely to happen, do you?

I think that some of the far right Tea Party loons just might do something like that.

If Glenn Beck announced to his faithful followers that sobriety was a commie, liberal, socialist plot designed to prepare the path for the Caliphate and Sharia Law, I would fully expect to see hordes of elderly Tea Partiers dropping acid, shooting heroin and smoking joints for freedom.

When you stop to think, the only true difference between most Tea Partiers and the OWS protesters is that the Tea Partiers already have their socialized healthcare and receive monthly government checks. They are both basically large groups of the unemployed whining about some ill defined grievances.

eldery Tea Partiers on acid...oh my what an image.

FWIW I saw OWS up north and they were rather peaceful and kept to themselves. They have a right to peaceful assembly.

This is what happens when you have a leaderless, mindless group that can't really focus and advance an issue.

Better yet boycott the US and leave, this makes about as much sense as boycotting that huge list they have. It almost looks like they went down the yellow pages and added every big business they could find.

Isn't this the same group that took 20 grand and deposited it in Wells Fargo ????
Occupy Oakland Protesters Deposit Funds At Wells Fargo After Bank Attacks « CBS San Francisco
‘Occupy Oakland’ smashes Wells Fargo windows, then makes $20K deposit | OWS Exposed

Yes smash the banks windows in protest ,then make a huge deposit ???

WTF ???
How much sense does this make ???

These idiots are really going to enjoy protesting in a few short weeks in alot of places when the snow falls, while most of us will be working or at home by a warm fire LOL !!!!
