It would be nice if the mandatory voter ID laws weren't subject to court challenges that cost so much money at a time when states can't afford it.

Make ID cards free to avoid "poll tax" assertions and I can't see any reason to be against the laws - unless you condone voter fraud/illegal immigrants voting of course.

Free ID cards are useless if you need to pay to get a copy of your birth certificate before you can get the free ID.

They had a high number of absentee votes, so what? It would seem to me they would encourage voter participation, not suppress it.

Had they had ID cards then, I suppose they wouldn't have had assistance in voting, right? How exactly would ID cards have prevented them from voting absentee or getting assistance on how to fill out their ballot?

It's typical when a news article doesn't include a party affiliation that the perps turn out to be Donks. I've yet to see who had the advantage through the fraud. Only the voter public through the discovery.

At some point in a person's life they're going to have to spend a couple bucks to prove who they are, it's gonna happen. Dems continue to use this BS excuse to block any form of legislation that would help secure our elections all while claiming we don't need more secure elections in the first place.
