Black Friday sales are expected to pull high numbers. These are not rich people shopping tomorrow. This proves that the buying power for ordinary Americans have gotten better.

By your premise Obama has been grandstanding on his Jobs Bill then.

In fact, anything else he blathers about the economy is pure nonsense.

Millions and millions of Americans are spending billions of dollars on discretionary goods and services. Restaurants are full, sales of electronics are booming.

Golf course tee times are almost full. Restaurant waiting times are long, etc, etc.

Just because people are set to go out buy a bunch of junk tomorrow doesn't mean the economy is healthy. In fact how many Americans are going to be making purchases on their credit cards? Only in fantasyland, where so many Keynesians live, is debt based consumption the sign of economic growth.
