Interesting that a drug addict would call something else thuggish, what the hell is abusing Heroin? High society living?

Sounds like a lot of comments on this forum in the anti Obama threads.

Some racist teabagger called Obama a ghetto goon and compared him to a monkey. What was even worse was the racist brigade that defended the comments.

Seattle is one of the most liberal cities in the country. Baghdad Jim McDermott routinely is re-elected with 80% margins. He gets 100% or close from every liberal group you could think of. He gets a lifetime score of 2% from the American Conservative Union.
Jim McDermott - Ratings and Endorsements - Project Vote Smart

The upshot is that Seattle is a very liberal place indeed. Yet if you go on any of the big news web sites here, you'll find lots of comments along the same lines as what the OP attributes to conservatives.

Sorry, back to square one, OP.

I'm a basketball fan. It seems a bit tawdry to say that Conservative sports fans didn't want an end to negotiations. It certainly looks like the OP wants to sway readers into a political snit. You know, Republicans hate basketball players.

I'm not buying it.

I'm glad that the NBA is back on the court. Football is better.

Remember, the average salary for an NBA player is 5 million dollars. So who do you feel sorry for?

And Oklahoma City is one f the most conservative cities in the country. That's why the Sonics moved there. Because liberals love the NBA and conservatives hate it.

just curious, are you white?

i would also say that the players are getting underpaid. if it was left to the free market lebron would be making more then a-rod, because his value is worth more then an nba max contract. if anything, the players get underpaid, because you have no free market like in baseball, you have a cap.
