Oh yes they are pulling their robbing Peter to pay Paul as they have been doing with Social Security since the early 1950s. They have sneaked out $50 billion so far. How much will they "steal" from the fund by the time Obamacare goes into effect 2 years from now?

And they've done it not once but twice with the other time being last March.

Evidently our friends from the left don't want to see this since they have failed to comment in nearly 8 hours. Sorry to double up on you. They have done this to that fund 3 times at present and Republicans were in it with him on one of them. Put some money somewhere and Congress critters will do their best to spend it.

Both parties are involved so I guess the whole thing is completely corrupt.
