A "bump" doesn't bring forth such hate. It brings forth "Hey, watch where you're going!". This lady was just looking for an opportunity to spew her hate...and she did so while clutching her child as a shield. Coward.

Yes, but the widespread attitude out of Europe is that the US is a racist country and they are the fair-minded ones.
Some countries are just more forthright in their discussion of such things.

You might want to look at Englands own history prior to the 16th century when they started to rise to a position of power. (Ever heard of the Romans?)
Additionally, England did an awful lot for the countries you are mentioning. Take a look around at former brit colonies and then look at colonies of Spain, France etc.
In fact, England largely colonized the east and americas....Africa was more French, German etc.
