While the states that don't redistribute wealth have dismal economies, states that redistribute the most wealth have the best economies in the country.

From personal observation, the states that redistribute the wealth the most have more diverse economies because they have the largest populations, or are close to large population centers (VA, PA, NJ, NY, MA, MD).

Which are the states that "don't redistribute wealth?" I don't think there is even one.

You've got it backwards. Makes more sense this way.

While the states that have dismal economies don't redistribute wealth, states that have the best economies in the country redistribute the most wealth.

Concentrated wealth tends to make safe but unproductive investment. Redistributed wealth buys the products created by small share holders in higher risk but more productive investments. The big guys buy government war bonds while the little guys start their own businesses.

Socialism that allows people to invest time and money in business without having to worry about health insurance, for example, for their families is helpful, not toxic. A socialistic government guarantee for the big banks and big industries is toxic because it encourages high level gambling, asset bubbles and unproductive imperial excess.
