The parents of a Grant County boy who authorities have accused of first-degree sexual assault for playing doctor with a 5-year-old girl when he was 6 years old have filed a federal lawsuit against the county's district attorney, a social worker and a former Sheriff's Office investigator.

Among the suit's claims is that the boy was selectively accused of a felony for playing doctor with the daughter of a Grant County political figure. It also alleges that the investigations by Kopp and Moravits were haphazard and biased in favor of the girl's father because of his political status and that Riniker did not act reasonably in charging a 6-year-old with first-degree sexual assault.
In this world of exceptable un-natural acts..it seems that natural acts like a curious child playing doctor are forbidden..and the child is to be persecuted? Kids need supervision..to persecute a child yet glorify anal sex between adult males seem more than a little twisted - I suppose if the child was examining another male child - that would be just fine and dandy? Give me a break..now with same sex marriage between dogs on the horizon we might as well get ready for the day when a woman is crimminally charged if she dares not put the 1 year old in day care.
I wish them luck and hope they win. The whole thing was so ridiculous. And the crooked DA..no surprise but I hope she gets a good public humiliation at least. Our justice system is staffed by many people who themselves are no different then the crooks they go after.
However, you must consider that 1) it's Wisconsin, and 2) it's a small town. Small towns in Wisconsin can be beautiful, but can also be an unfortunate coincidence of a shallow gene pool and limited exposure to reality. When those two things collide, weird things happen.

Where is anal sex between adult males "glorified", and how would that affect (or be exposed to) children of the ages of 5 and 6?
In all honesty, an elected DA, thinking about politics, isn't going to care in the slightest about the opinions of anyone who isn't a voter in her district.
Seriously, this juxtaposes the worst of overzealous prosecution and political cronyism. Why don't they just neuter the 6 year old?
I despair for the whole human race right now.
I got to ask why is the DA still a DA and why does she have a law license when she is to stupid to have one?
