Their hunger is about as true and real as their words about sleeping in tents. Do you remember when, after about 2 weeks, the media was reporting about the fact that most of them were spending the daylight hours in their tents and then spending the nights in hotels or at home.
Everybody knows that someone, I think Soros, was supplying them with elite types of food in NYC so surely they will sneak in some food during the "hunger strike". They won't be going hungry until they get arrested and have someone to report about them not eating in jail.
Keep it going Occupy! Sooner or later the sheep will snap out of it.
