It doesn't come up "over and over." It has come up exactly once.

So if someone says blacks voted for Obama, clearly none of them voted for anyone else right?

The Constitution says nothing about parents being under any jurisdiction. It mentions only the person born being under the jurisdiction.

Wrong.. the issue has come up consistantly when discussing illegal aliens, well before Obama even thought about running for office.

Again you fail at reading comprehension.

I stated: I CAN (you do know what CAN means right?) use the child care services at my country club BECAUSE I am a member.

Please read what I posted, this time for COMPREHENSION

Actually it clearly says "citizen", so if you want to discuss the issue as an adult, you need to discuss qualifications of a citizen.

Wrong again. The "anchor baby" debate is about when neither parent is a citizen. It has never been about requiring both parents to be citizens.

Discussed in US v Wong Kim Ark.. You may actually want to read that case.

Answer my question..

If the country club decided BOTH PARENTS must be a member for you to use child care, can you as a member demand child care?

I read what you said, I'm just proving you wrong. Just because your club doesnt dictate both, doesnt mean they dont have that option..
