The liberal view on human sexuality is that it is not something to be ashamed or scared of. Which means it can be discussed maturely amongst adults who do not see it as dirty and icky or sinful.
The conservative view is to repress sexuality until it manifests in some harmful form, causes problems or confusion.
It's why prudish America, chock full of "social conservatives" FAILS in numerous social well being factor vis-a-vis sexuality issues, while more open societies in Europe, etc. have less teen pregnancy, less divorce, less abortions...

Once again. We have no right to do anything across the world. It's the cold, hard truth that not in this century are countries like Iran going to "accept" homosexuality. It is completely pointless to work on the world's problems, when you are president of the UNITED STATES.

So when genocide occurs in other countries, we should just look the other way? I believe the U.S. has an obligation to speak up when people are being killed simply for existing.
I'm sure he'd thrive in a conservative religious society that allows sex with children (and basically sells the girls) once God has deemed them ready for procreation (puberty).

It's not the US's job to go into other countries to clean up when we have problems here.
When has the US ever gone to do this and succeeded? WWII doesn't count. We didn't know about the concentration camps until we went into Germany.
