Bush and his speech again today, I couldn’t help but hear parts of it on the news. Unfortunately he and this administration has lied so often and repeated the propaganda to the point that I just don’t believe anything from them or Washington anymore.

There are some agencies with good reputations, like the GAO. Their reports are usually tough, honest, and accurate.

The speech today was classic.... Bush talking to a bunch VFW members... and he was laying the fear on something fierce! Talking about nuclear holocaust and terror terror and more terror! The rhetoric is eerily similar to that of what took place in the days before the Iraq invasion. Hmmm... I wonder who is next? Sometimes it's as if he is just trying to hypnotize people by repeating the same sh*t a million times. And some people still eat it up! I am just lost for words how this administration is now setting their sights on Iran when Iraq is a mess... and this country's economy is teetering on the brink. These bastards don't care. They are going for broke, trashing the joint on the way out. Like the sarcastic line from the movie "Full Metal Jacket" - "These are great days we're livin', bro's!"

Absolutely nothing. Yet another repressed right-wing speech of bs today(Sen. Craig) I had to run and turn it off so it wouldn't ruin dinnertime conversation.

Utterly disgraceful.

Well, if you keep voting for candidates from the two major parties, you can't honestly expect anything to change.

I saw a TV clip of President Bush paraphrasing the NAZI propaganda minister Gobles (sp?). The gist of the clip was that if they stayed on focus and told the same thing often enough the people would “get with the propaganda”. I doubt if Bush even realized that he was doing it.

The recent speech was the same speech he gave before invading Afghanistan and Iraq. He is setting up the situation for the attack on Iran. I hope the Congress has the courage and power to stop this nonsense.
