Based only on your opinion what does this video show? Does it show Bill O'Reilly defending himself against a pushy left wing occupier in the dark with a camera OR does it show Bill O'Reilly attacking a journalist on a street in DC?

What makes the man a journalist? The fact that he owns a camera?

According to many on the left anyone with a camera is a journalist. That's mainly because they don't know what real journalism is.

Journalist or not, O'Tidely attacked the guy. Pretty clear evidence of assault. He should sue.

It's good to get a rational independent voters opinion on the topic.

Just an FYI, I honestly can't stand Bill O'Reilly and haven't watched his show in many years. Even then I can clearly see that he didn't attack or assault anyone in that video.

Really, how do we know this person was either an "occupier" or a "journalist"? And, while the person's actions were way out of line, I wouldn't say that O'Reilly needed to physically defend himself using his umbrella. At the same time, "attack" is too strong a word to describe what he did.

Bill said:

"Leave me alone right now."

That was before he pummeled the poor "journalist" nearly to death, spit in his face, and called him an anti-American Socialist.

In another video the camera guy admits to being an occupier who was stalking people outside a Newt fundraiser.
