The owner starts the business and his experiance leads him to hire the right people for a job.
If he finds a market for what is done, he may expand and his employees may get even better compensation.
Then Obama-care comes along adding new expenses across the country, about 40% of companies have to fire people and a nation then realizes GOVERNMENT hacks should stay out of the way of people doing business as much as possible.

No one has a dime in my business but, ME.

I have paid for everything myself, including labor.

My customers pay me for my work, equipment and my talent.

In return they have state-of-the-art water well systems.

You've obviously never seen Hell's Kitchen. The restaurant is only as good as its leader, manager and business planner.
