News was pressed by Bachmann for an explanation of his long time support for individual mandate of health insurance.

Here was Newt's position on the individual mandate back in 1993.

"provide tax rebates to small businesses that contribute to their employees' HSAs; extend and expand grant funding to high-risk pools across the country; and require anyone who earns more than $50,000 a year to purchase health insurance or post a bond."

Newt is a liar. I guess you become accustomed to it when you you cheat on your wife so many times.

LOL

Really, though, I love how so many people attack Romney over his STATE health care plan when Newt has gotten so little flack for supporting this NATIONAL plan. The hypocrisy of some of my fellow "pro-states' rights" conservatives baffles me. While this has been mentioned a few times in some of the debates, it's really gotten very little attention.

He seems to getting a free pass, when there is absolutely so much stuff on this guy. Maybe they, whomever they may be, wants him to win the nomination.
